Booking Terms and Conditions for Casa do Pescadores

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.

Arrival at the villa is 3pm and departure 10am (this can be flexible depending on incoming and outgoing visitors and by arrangement with only with our villa management.) Please do not arrive at the villa before 3pm and vacate the villa promptly at 10am unless previously arranged.

A non-returnable deposit of 20% per week is required for booking fee.

Balance is payable eight weeks before departure date.

Young children must be supervised at all times especially in the pool area.

The owners or owner’s representative reserve the right to gain reasonable access to the villa for the purposes of linen changes and maintenance etc
